We had a fabulous stay at a charming hilltop hotel in a small town. The shower was petite but had good water pressure and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast, while simple, was fresh and enough to get us going. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the town, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its history, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere. a gemstone of a hotel!

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, just off the central square of this beautiful hilltop town. You'll be surrounded by charming bars and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Plus, the prices here are excellent value for money. One thing that really stood out to us was the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the choice of green coloured lighting in the rooms, which gave a soothing ambiance, to the rooms with a hot tub on the patio offering breathtaking views of the vineyards, every little touch made our stay even more special. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was too much trouble, making us feel like valued guests. The breakfast at this hotel was delightful. While there were no hot foods like eggs, the selection of meat, cheese, cakes, and great coffee was more than enough to satisfy our cravings in the morning. It was the perfect way to start our days of exploring this charming town.
Everything was perfect, nothing to improve!

The hotel had an excellent location for exploring the surrounding area. We enjoyed being able to easily visit nearby towns and travel along the wine trail. the owners were welcoming and provided great recommendations for dining options. Another advantage was the comfortable bed that contributed to a good night's sleep.
The walls and doors were very thin, allowing us to hear all noises from our neighbors. the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, which made it difficult to properly shower.

This central hotel in a charming historic town is a great location to explore. The friendly staff, including a helpful receptionist and a sweet pug, make the experience enjoyable. The restored hotel has character and offers a solarium with hot tub and lovely views. Breakfast includes freshly made cappuccino, but the bread and jam selection could be improved. Allowing dogs is a kind gesture.
